McCain has more knowledge and credibility than Obama. Congress is notorious for adding pork to legislation; he will stop it.
McCain cosponsored S190 His floor speech 5/25/06 warned "If Congress does not act, American taxpayers will continue to be exposed to the enormous risk that Fannie and Freddie pose to housing market, overall financial system & the economy as a whole"

We finally have someone in office whom I truly believe in, not just voted for because he's a democrat.

I'm ashamed at the gullibility of the people of United States tonight; not only was I sold out by the liberal brain dead, but my vote was never even COUNTED-

With Obama out to a big electoral lead, McCain cannot come back to win this election.
The Debate 4 arguments
Mc Cain earned our respect for his service to our country. That doesn't qualify him to be President.
McCain unlike many politicans is a man of his word. I believe that he will use his veto and threat of veto to cut the amount of pork in government spending. How successful he will be depends on the support of the American people.
I believe that any human being that went though being a prisoner of war, and lived through it, has GREAT substance.
And a man like McCain, who lived through it, and also walks with integrity, is absolutely amazing.
He wouldn't have been my first choice.. but I believe this man knows what he talks about.. and I also believe he stands by what he speaks.
As far as housing and taxing goes.. There has always been an eb and flow, no matter who is 'in charge'.
Our biggests drains are the majorities of minorities that we have been coddling with 'special programs' and wellfare. Now that they have thier 'personal savior', there will be a bigger drain on the housing market.. and finally, what will appear to be the esiest bandaid will be a 'Socialistic Government'. Because the masses don't want to do what is necessary.. The masses want anything, and everything, that is the easiest. This is'nt the mindset that heals a broke drained economy. Last but not least, we have almost become so 'politically correct', that the average person is chastised for speaking the truth's about what, and who, the problems are. Guess what.. nobody can truely fix anything, unless they can honestly deal with the sourses of thoe problems.
So expect to see changes.. but don't think these changes will maitain your rights to be successful.
